The total time commitment for required portions of the course should be no more than 20 hours total over
the 6 weeks and may be less.
The course is designed to fit into a busy schedule so there aren't many big asks in terms of deliverables.
The structure of the course is mostly independent work with the material combined with discussion boards.
The final deliverable is a short term and long-term plan for fostering an inclusive community in your
place of practice.
There are no synchronous components. The entire course can be completed at your own pace. However, there
are opportunities for engagement with the cohort through asynchronous discussion boards.
